- GENERAL QUESTIONS
- What happens to my renters policy if I move?
If you move within the state in which you are currently insured, simply
provide us with your new address. If you are moving to another state, the policy
will stay in effect through the end of the policy term. Simply provide us with
your new address and if you are moving to a state in which we provide the coverage,
your policy will be renewed.
- Will I be able to change my method
of payment?

- What if I change my mind and want to cancel coverage?
You can cancel at any time. If you cancel in the first 15
days of the policy and you have had no losses or claims, we will refund
100% of your premium; for all other cancellations, we will refund on a
pro-rata basis. All cancellations must be made in writing either by mail
or by fax to:

- What do I do if I have a claim?
Simply call 1.800.323.7466 and request a claim form for your Renters Insurance
Policy. You will receive forms and instructions in the mail.
